PRICING, INVOICING AND PAYMENT
The online shop prices are in Swiss Francs and include VAT. Delivery charges and any applicable surcharges, or discounts will added as part of the checkout process. Records of all orders are held on the website and a paper invoice will be sent with the order.
As a direct importer, rather than a retail shop, we normally expect orders of a minimum of 12 bottles, which can be made up of a selection of different wines. You can order less than 12 bottles on the website, but a 10% surcharge will be applied at the checkout.
Payment is recommended via PAYPAL, which gives SSL3 encryption security and is unreadable to 3rd parties. No credit card details are held on the Vinique website.
Payment can also be made on receipt of the invoice. If so, payment must be made within 10 days of delivery.
ORDERING
Ordering can be made in 3 ways.
1 Online. We recommend ordering online as the website will hold all your historic orders, allow you to sign up for updates and track your pending orders.
2 By phone. Please call on 043 343 9579 if you wish to place an order.
3 By email. Orders can be made via tristan@vinique.ch or via the "Contact us“ page on the bottom menu.
VALIDITY OF RATES
The prices are assumed to be correct at time of the order on the website. We reserve the right to alter prices at our discretion and without notice. Claims for damages as a result of obvious errors and typos are excluded.
